These terms are an agreement between Appable Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Appable", "we") and the organisation that signs up for Scrumly ("you"), and they also apply to everyone who uses an account the organisation gives them. By using Scrumly you accept them.
The service
Scrumly helps teams run a short daily scrum: daily updates, blockers, tasks, attendance, timesheets and reports, on the web and on phones. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a period you have paid for.
Accounts
- The person who signs up is the organisation's owner and is responsible for who gets an account and what they can see.
- Keep passwords private and use two-step verification where offered. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
- Information you give us must be accurate.
Acceptable use
Do not use Scrumly to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload malware, to try to reach other organisations' data, to overload or probe the service, or to resell it without our written agreement.
Your data
Your organisation owns what it puts into Scrumly. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active, and for 30 days after it closes.
Plans and billing
- Prices are per person per month in Indian rupees, plus 18% GST, as shown at scrumly.in/pricing.
- Paid plans bill at least their minimum number of people (Startup 25, Growth 50, Enterprise 100), then in steps of 10.
- You pay in advance for a month, or for a year at ten months' price. Paying again before a period ends adds to it.
- If a paid period ends unpaid, your organisation becomes read-only until it is renewed. Nothing is deleted.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, which applies from your next period.
- The Free plan is for up to 5 people and may be changed or ended with 30 days' notice.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy.
Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where reasonable, or at once for serious misuse or unpaid fees.
Our intellectual property
Scrumly, its software, design and name belong to Appable. You may use them only to use the service.
Availability
We aim to keep Scrumly available at all times but do not promise it will never be interrupted. We plan maintenance for quiet hours where we can.
Disclaimer and liability
Scrumly is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes here with a new date and tell account owners in the app at least 30 days before important changes take effect.
Law and disputes
