15 minutes. Three questions. Shared clarity.
A daily scrum is a 15-minute meeting where each team member answers three questions: what they accomplished on their last working day, what they will focus on today, and what is blocking them.
The three steps of a daily scrum
01 · Look back
Share what you accomplished on your last working day, even when that day was before a weekend or a holiday. Focus on meaningful progress.
02 · Look ahead
Say what you will focus on today: a clear, achievable plan that shows the team where things are heading.
03 · Unblock together
Flag anything in your way. Keep problem-solving for after the scrum, with only the people who need to be there.
Three questions.
One aligned team.
A simple rhythm that connects what you accomplished, what’s next, and where you need a hand.
